Every year, Medicare requires that we mail plan materials to each of our members. However, we can now offer you the opportunity to view your plan materials on-line. You will no longer have to deal with those heavy books.
It's easy to do! Just click on the button below and complete the simple form on the next page. All that is required is your name or your member id number, date of birth, and e-mail address.

Silver&Fit®
Many SCAN benefit plans include the Silver&Fit® Program, designed for seniors who want to improve their quality of life by exercising more. You can enroll in either their Fitness Facility membership or their Home Fitness program. Once enrolled, you’ll receive a list of the health clubs near you (you will choose one) and information about home fitness options.
