Join SCAN Online - 2013 SCAN Health Plan is a Medicare Advantage Organization with a Medicare Contract. Individuals must have both Part A and Part B to enroll. Benefits, formulary, pharmacy network, premium and/or co-payments may change on January 1, from year to year. You must continue to pay your Medicare Part B premium. Members may enroll in the plan only during specific times of the year. Limitations, copayments, and restrictions may apply. Contact SCAN Health Plan for more information.
