How do I receive my SCAN materials in a format that I can read?

If you would like the materials you receive from us in an accessible format please contact Member Services at 1-800-559-3500. Our office hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week from October 1 to March 31. From April 1 to September 30 hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday. TTY users can call TTY 711.
