If I don't select a PCP, how will a PCP be chosen for me?
A provider will be selected within your geographic area.
If my doctor is contracted with SCAN but I do not see the Medical Group that I normally see them through can I still see them through my current Medical Group?
Unfortunately, if you want to remain with your preferred provider you will need to see them through the Medical Group that is contracted through SCAN. If you prefer to keep the Medical Group and the Medical Group is contracted with SCAN but not with your preferred provider, then you can select a contracted provider through your preferred Medical Group.
