1. Let us know you want to participate. Visit SCANListens.com and create a member profile. Be sure to answer the profile questions so we’ll know the types of surveys and polls to send you. Then be on the lookout for a confirmation email sent to your email address.
2. We’ll email you a survey or poll. No more than two a month, we promise. The topics will differ each time, but they’ll always have something to do with issues that matter to your health or healthcare—from the benefits that matter most, to the activities you rely on to stay healthy and independent.
3. Fill out the survey and send it back—or pass. There’s no obligation to answer every survey, so respond to as many or as few as you like.
4. We’ll let you know how you and other members respond. We listen to everything you—and other SCANListens members—have to say. We use your feedback to improve services and experiences for all SCAN members.
