What happened?
You may have requested multiple email confirmations be sent to you or have already verified your email address. Only the latest confirmation email is valid. Check to see if you have a newer email.
You can also try logging in to the SCAN Portal. Once you're authenticated you will see a message that you still need to confirm your email address. There will be a button that you can click to have a new confirmation email be sent to you.
