Senthu Arumugam is the Chief Transformation Officer of SCAN Health Plan. He is responsible for leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives to position SCAN for continued market leadership amidst a rapidly evolving competitive and regulatory landscape. In addition, Senthu also leads SCAN’s consumer experience & insights organization, enterprise analytics delivery, and data infrastructure.

Prior to joining SCAN, Senthu was a partner within McKinsey & Company's global healthcare practice. At McKinsey, Senthu advised health insurers and providers on performance transformation, turn-arounds and growth strategy. Before joining McKinsey, Senthu worked in investment banking in London and New York, focused on equity-derivative and financing solutions for investment funds across Europe and North America.

Senthu completed his Bachelor of Arts in economics and political science from Yale University and his Masters in Business Administration from INSEAD.
