Lyn Amor Macaraeg serves as SVP, Chief Corporate Affairs Officer of SCAN Group. She is responsible for leading corporate strategy and planning, strategic implementation and performance excellence, compliance, internal audit, and enterprise risk. She also serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO. Prior to joining SCAN, Lyn led the Legal function at Agilon Health, where she advised the company on cross-functional initiatives supporting key business objectives, developed legal strategies that contributed to organizational growth, and ultimately helped lead the company through a successful IPO. Prior to that she served in various leadership roles in the legal departments for Alignment Healthcare, CareMore, Anthem, and the Department of Managed Health Care.

Lyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of San Francisco, a Masters of Public Health from Saint Louis University, and a Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
