Zachary (Zack) Myers is Corporate Vice President, National General Manager. In his role, he oversees growth and performance of SCAN’s Medicare Advantage plans across California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, and New Mexico, as well as Embrace, SCAN’s Institutional Special Needs Plan (I-SNP), with a focus on expansion, member experience, and ensuring operational excellence in each market.

With an extensive background in Medicare Advantage operations, market expansion, and health plan strategy, Zack has spent his career leading innovative Medicare Advantage and healthcare technology companies to improve care for seniors.

At SCAN, Zack previously served as Vice President of Strategy and CEO of Welcome Health, SCAN’s medical group dedicated to providing best-in-class primary care to older adults using a geriatric-focused approach. During his time at Welcome Health, he played a pivotal role in shaping early strategy, growth modeling, and clinical operations while securing $14 million in seed funding.

He also held a leadership role at CareMore Health and served as the CEO of Annie Health, where he developed novel AI-enabled software to improve the quality of end-of-life care.

Zack holds two B.A. degrees in Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences and Economics from Northwestern University.
