A SCAN online member account has always been a safe, private and one-stop shop for information and answers about your SCAN plan. Recently, we’ve made some changes to give you even more convenience and confidence when using your online account.
New eBill System
If you have a SCAN monthly premium or payment, you can pay it through your online account. Starting in September, our online bill payment system is changing for the better. The new eBill service is still offered through U.S. Bank, but it’s easier than ever and even more secure.
Important: If you’re currently signed up for online recurring payments, you’ll need to log into your SCAN member account and update your information in the new eBill system. Click on “MyAccount” from the main menu, then the “View Your Payments” tab.
If you haven’t taken advantage of the convenience of online bill payments with SCAN, now is a great time! Just log into (or sign up for) your SCAN online member account. Digital File Vault
You know you can find your SCAN plan materials in your online account. Now you can upload other documents to your account, too. It’s a way to keep your important health information in one place. And you can share those documents with SCAN through secure messaging. For example, if you need to send a copy of a bill or a Power of Attorney form to SCAN, this is the easiest and most secure way to do it.
