Q: Is there some way I can reach Member Services other than calling them?

A: If what you need isn’t urgent, another way to contact Member Services is by sending a secure message.

It’s easy to do. First, log into your SCAN online account. (If you don’t have an account yet, sign up for yours at scanhealthplan.com/register.) Once you’re logged in, you can send a secure message directly to Member Services. You can even attach documents. Member Services can message you back through your online account as well.

Best Times to Call

If you do need to speak with us and your call isn’t urgent, give Member Services a call later in the week and after 3 p.m. They’re open until 8 p.m. and available seven days a week through March 31. From April 1 through Sept. 30, they’re available Mon. – Fri., also 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
