Celeste Ortiz, Chief People Officer at Crossover Health, has dedicated her career to enabling successful business growth through a strong people agenda. During a 20-year career as a human resources executive for Fortune 50 healthcare companies, Ms. Ortiz has specialized in scaling talent and capabilities, developing strong cultures, growing leaders, and winning by building diverse and inclusive teams.

Prior to joining Crossover Health, Ms. Ortiz served as Group Vice President of HR for Medtronic, where she helped rapidly scale the Diabetes Group globally to $2B+ in revenue. Before joining Medtronic, Ms. Ortiz served as Worldwide HR Director at Johnson and Johnson, and as the HR Director for Pfizer’s Pharmaceutical Group.

Ms. Ortiz has served as an independent Director with SCAN’s Group Health Plan since 2019. She also served as a board member for Dignity Health Northridge Hospital Medical Center. Ms. Ortiz graduated magna cum laude from USC’s Marshall School of Business and has a BS in HR Management from Geneva College.
