Ginette Hawkins is the Chief Risk Officer for SCAN Group. In this role, she leads SCAN’s enterprise risk management functions and programs, including state and federal Compliance; Fraud, Waste, and Abuse; and Internal Audit for SCAN Group and its affiliates. She plays a critical role in managing risk within the organization, developing training and educational resources that encourage ethical conduct and compliant practices. Ginette is also responsible for managing constructive relationships with SCAN regulators, maintaining the organizational code of conduct, and reporting on enterprise risk topics to SCAN’s Board of Directors.

Prior to her current role, Ginette served as SCAN’s Director of Regulatory Affairs and as Manager of Home and Community Based Services within SCAN’s Department of Healthcare Services. Before joining SCAN in 2006, she was the Program Director of an adult day health care center that served older adults and persons with disabilities.

Ginette holds Master and Bachelor degrees of Social Work from the University of Southern California and California State University, Long Beach.
