As Corporate Vice President of Member Experience, Mark leads SCAN’s Member Services and Member Outreach Teams, which design and implement award-winning customer service models that use new technologies and capabilities to improve the SCAN member experience.
Mark previously served as SCAN’s Vice President of Service Innovation, and before that was Vice President of Business Development.
Prior to joining SCAN, Mark was a Director at PwC, a global consulting firm, serving health plans and other healthcare organizations. Mark earned his B.A. in economics at UCLA and his MBA at UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
