At SCAN, we rely on members like you to give us feedback on how to meet your healthcare needs and build on the benefits and services we provide. Tell us what you like about SCAN. Or tell us what we can do to make SCAN better. The important thing is to tell us.
We have many ways for you to share feedback.
- The SCAN Member Advisory Committee (MAC) meets several times a year on different topics important to our members.
- SCAN member focus groups, where we ask for your input on specific services or products.
- And SCANListens, our online survey community.
Plus, some of these opportunities even provide a small gift for participating.

And we encourage you to always answer surveys you may receive from your doctor, Medicare, or us. These surveys help us, and your doctors, continue to improve the care and service you receive.
