A path to wellness is one that’s built around you. That takes into account your priorities, goals, lifestyle, and more. As a SCAN Inspired member, your personal Women’s Health Coach is here to support and guide you, helping you get the most out of your SCAN Inspired plan.

Your Women’s Health Coach will:

  • Help you get care and support from one of the Women’s Centers of Excellence that are part of SCAN’s network. (Note: Your primary care doctor must be part of a medical group affiliated with a Women’s Center of Excellence in SCAN’s network.)
  • Create a personalized path to wellness that matches your priorities, goals, and lifestyle.
  • Provide coaching, information, and resources to help you make important decisions about your health and wellbeing.
  • Connect you to resources and programs to help you reach your health goals.
  • Coordinate care as needed.

Meet Your Women’s Health Coach:
Claudia Mount

Claudia Mount was born in Santiago, Chile and was raised in Los Angeles. She speaks both Spanish and English and has been at SCAN for over 15 years, serving and supporting our members in different capacities. Her knowledge and professional experience make her an excellent fit as your Women’s Health Coach. Claudia received a BA in Psychology from California State University, Northridge and has a Culinary Arts Degree from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Pasadena. She is also a certified Reiki practitioner with additional training in the healing arts.

Our SCAN members have taught her how to meet people where they are. Claudia sees herself in the SCAN members she works with, and they appreciate her down-to-earth and non-judgmental approach. She’s an excellent listener and is eager to support you in your SCAN Inspired health and wellness journey.
