As a Territory Development Manager for our Embrace ISNP Health Plan, I am excited and passionate to help our members access preventative and proactive health care. With over 10 years of experience within the Medicare Space it is my mission to enhance the member and family experience with strong customer service and reliable access to care for our most frail population.

SCAN Embrace is preventative and proactive Medicare Advantage Plan specializing in bringing mobile bedside healthcare to seniors that live in long-term care communities.
