Q: I really like what I’ve seen of my SCAN benefits for next year but have a few questions. How can I get more information without calling Member Services?
A: There are a couple of ways you can get to know what’s new in your SCAN plan for 2025 without a phone call. You can find many answers when it’s most convenient for you, 24/7, in these places:
- Online: In your SCAN member account. We’ll also be emailing you information if we have your email address
- SCAN’s website: In your Evidence of Coverage and at scanhealthplan.com/extras2025
- Mail: In issues of this newsletter, your Annual Notice of Changes, and other information we’ll be mailing to your home
Our Member Services crew is working seven days a week at this time of year to answer your questions. We’re here for you daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and are closed only on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
You can opt out of receiving calls from SCAN about plan business by calling Member Services at the number on the back of your ID card.
