A Welcome Call is a great way for us to get to know you and for you to learn more about your new health plan. During the call, a SCAN Senior Advocate—a fellow SCAN member—will go over any questions you may have. 

If you’ve already received your SCAN member ID card, please have it handy. If not, no problem, you’ll still find the call very helpful.
