Get Connected With Your SCAN Benefits
Turn to your SCAN benefits for help with loneliness and its challenges.
Togetherness Programs
- Friendly Callers—Receive calls from a SCAN employee matched to your interests. Send an email to togetherness@scanhealthplan.com or call SCAN Member Services.
- Learning Communities—Participate with others in educational classes, social clubs and other group activities. Most are virtual, but some are in-person. Go to scanhealthplan.com/events to see what’s coming up.
Exercise and More With One Pass
Take advantage of the group and online workout classes, social activities and other opportunities for exercise and connection in your One Pass fitness benefit.
Professional Help
If you’re feeling lonely or down for more than a few weeks, let your doctor know right away. They can recommend a treatment plan that may include a referral to a behavioral health professional or a prescription for medications to help you feel better.
Many SCAN plans include the Behavioral Telehealth benefit, which lets you have virtual visits with a therapist or psychiatrist from the comfort of your home with no copay. Learn more at doctorondemand.com/scan.
