Lindsay Crawley-Herbert is Chief People Officer at SCAN Group and SCAN Health Plan. She is responsible for leading and cultivating SCAN’s talent and culture. She also plays a key role in hiring and developing employees who are passionate about and committed to SCAN’s mission, helping grow a mission-driven team that works to make a difference in the lives of seniors every day.

Prior to joining SCAN in 2021, Lindsay served as Staff Vice President at Anthem, where she led merger and acquisition efforts across the organization, and optimized talent retention and culture integration. Lindsay also worked as Chief Human Resources Officer for Anthem-owned CareMore Health and Aspire Health.

Before joining Anthem, Lindsay served as the Director of Human Resources at Simon Property Group, an S&P 100 and Fortune 500 real estate investment company. She started her career doing merger and acquisition consulting work at Deloitte.

Lindsay holds both a B.S. in Accounting and an M.B.A. from Indiana University.
