Liz has lived in a handful of countries but has since found a forever home in caring for aging patients as a nurse practitioner.

Her passion for senior care began while working as a registered nurse at hospital orthopedic/rehabilitation units. She became a nurse practitioner specializing in the care of older adults in 2013. While working at an integrated skilled nursing facility, she learned valuable skills and enjoyed working with the patients and their healthcare teams.

Working with older adults brings back precious memories for Liz of living with her grandparents as a child. She strives to make a difference in the lives of her patients and the people who love them and is thankful for the high-quality and personalized healthcare available to SCAN members that can help make that difference.

Liz hasn’t lost her wanderlust from childhood: In her spare time she enjoys travelling to explore new cultures and foods.

Liz holds a Master of Science degree from University of California, Los Angeles.
