Felicia Moreno is the Director of Operations, leading a team dedicated to streamlining operational efficiency. Her commitment lies in optimizing strategies for improved patient care, ensuring seamless collaboration across various teams. Felicia is committed to serving the members of SCAN Health Plan and striving to make a positive impact on as many seniors as possible.

Before joining SCAN, Felicia was the National Manager of Mobile Operations serving ISNP and CSNP members across 7 states at CareMore Health Plan. Prior to this, she was the Regional Operations Manager of CareMore Care Center across various states. Her time led to the development of the initial and annual wellness visit and the hospital at home program which safely kept seniors out of the ER and hospital setting.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with my family, including her husband and two sons, hiking, cooking, gardening, and spending time with her adorable dog, Duke. She lives in Riverside, California and has been a Southern California native her entire life.
