Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Hannah was a nurse in a hospital intensive care unit, where she cared for many older patients. She understands the unique health challenges that come with aging, as well as the satisfaction that comes from working with senior patients.

Hannah’s favorite quote is a line from the Walter Winkle poem, Thinking: “Success begins with a fellow’s will; it’s all in a fellow’s mind.” SCAN members can be confident that Hannah works to ensure they receive the care they need and want, so they can be their healthiest and age with dignity.

Hannah’s interests away from her job include camping, hiking, riding a side-by-side in the sand dunes, cooking and renovating houses with her husband and twins, Miles and Stella.

Hannah has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Phoenix.
