Khin-Kyemon Aung, MD, MBA is Medical Director for Duals Integrated Care at SCAN Health Plan, where she is leading care coordination and care delivery efforts at SCAN, including for the Connections and Connections at Home plans, the only Fully Integrated Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans in California. She is also a practicing primary care physician with the Embrace Mobile Care Team (I-SNP) and cares for high-need seniors in assisted living and nursing facilities in the South Bay.

Previously, she worked at the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation, helping design accountable care organizations, and at Auxa Health, an early-stage startup with a mission to improve social services navigation for underserved populations. She received her MD from Harvard Medical School and MBA from Harvard Business School.

She trained in internal medicine and primary care at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and earned her board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine.
