Shelby brings a positive, can-do approach to helping older adults stay as healthy as possible by coordinating primary care and medical services delivered in their homes. She finds inspiration in the saying, “Every day may not be wonderful, but there is something wonderful every day.”
Shelby provides her patients with the support and compassionate care that can make a positive impact on their physical and emotional well-being and quality of life. A strong support network is also key, and she builds relationships with loved ones and the community so that her patients’ interests are always foremost—and loved ones can be reassured their family member’s care is in good hands.
A second-generation caregiver, Shelby was called to be a healthcare professional like her mom, who was also a nurse. Shelby’s other interests include traveling, riding horses and spending time with her family.
Shelby has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University.
