A nurse practitioner since 2011, Warren was working in primary care when he first discovered his passion for helping aging adults with the most complex medical and living situations. He finds that working to connect seniors and their families with the vital medical resources needed brings even more purpose to his career.

Warren has been inspired in his commitment to help the seniors overcome their health obstacles by something basketball legend Kobe Bryant once said: “Once you know what failure feels like, determination chases success.” He can’t wait to get to know more SCAN members and provide them with the exceptional care and resources available through SCAN.

At home, Warren brings the same can-do attitude to home improvement DIY projects and cheering on his son at his basketball games.

Warren holds a Master of Science in Nursing degree from University of Phoenix.
